Marc DeLeon is the engine behind Mad Dog Tattoo, bringing nearly 30 years of Downtown Bakersfield heritage to the chair. He specializes in heavy blackwork, traditional color, and technical cover-ups that most shops won't touch. His work is built for longevity: "If it won't hold up in 20 years, we're not doing it."
